Arrival & Welcome Dinner:
Connect with fellow participants and ground yourself in the retreat's sacred energy.Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath:
Relax into a meditative state and prepare your mind, body, and spirit for transformation.

6:00–7:00 am: Gentle Stretches, Pranayama, and Meditation by the pool to awaken your energy.
10:30 am–12:30 pm: Ancestral Healing and Birthing the New You workshop to release generational patterns and stepping into your personal power, re-wiring DNA.
Lunch and Rest: A chance to nourish and restore yourself, Explore Casa Cal Faro.
5:30–7:00 pm: Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony to ground and amplify the energies of the new you.

Herb Bundle Workshop: Learn to create sacred herb bundles for healing and connection.
Lunch
Hike to the Montserrat Viewpoint, followed by a Karma Dissolving Sunset Meditation in nature, Hike back.
