As a highly sensitive empath, I once found myself overwhelmed by the energies around me, unable to maintain balance in the face of life's pressures. A year after giving birth to my son, I reached a low point both physically and emotionally. Seeking solace, my mother brought me to our family deity’s temple in South India. In meditation before Lord Dhanvantari, the god of Ayurveda, I experienced a profound initiation—a reconnection to the ancient feminine healing wisdom that flows through my lineage. In that moment, I understood my soul’s calling: to uplift women and help awaken the divine feminine power that lies within each of us.
Born into a lineage of goddess wisdom keepers, I carry the sacred knowledge of Ayurveda and Tantra from Shakti Shaivism, where the dance of Shiva and Shakti symbolizes the balance of masculine and feminine energies.
My purpose is to guide women in harmonizing these energies within themselves, allowing them to transcend duality and connect with their higher self in their own inner temple.
Today, as a certified business coach, Ayurvedic lifestyle coach, and yoga teacher, I combine these ancient lineages with modern practices to offer a powerful and holistic mentorship.
